I've recently discovered Jane Carnell's epic AU Mirror M*A*S*H, but sadly only the sequel bits. Her livejournal appears to be deleted and purged, and her greatestjournal refuses any and all connections. I read the sequel - Through the Mirror - but not the first part. I found the first three chapters on the Wayback Machine, and now I'm desperate for more. Can anyone point me towards another link? or if someone has a copy saved somewhere, this slash fan would be eternally in your debt.

Evening all! I'm not sure if this is okay - and by all means, o great and powerful modly ones, smite me if it's not - but I was hoping you lovely people could help me find a couple of fics I've been looking for.

The first one is a specific fic I know I've read but can't remember where (or enough details about it to make finding it any easier). I think it was BJ/Hawkeye, and all I really clearly remember is that Colonel Flagg was the main antagonist and was blackmailing Hawkeye.

The second is more of a general search, testing the waters to see if there's any fic like this out there: does anyone know of any AU fic where BJ and Charles arrived the other way round? That is, where Charles replaced Trapper and then later BJ replaced Frank.

Help a fangirl out?

A couple of years ago i stumbled across a MASH fic while browsing Buffy slashfiction (I had never even heard of MASH before then!)
Its been so long since i read it that i cant even remember if if was Hawkeye/Trapper or the other way around.
It's a really long, excellently written fic. Trapper, Hawkeye and Frank are sharing a room but Frank has been sent away for some reason (i think he was injured? He's already absent when the fic starts, i think, and Frank/Margaret is mentioned throughout the fic). While he's gone Hawkeye and Trapper get closer (i remember there's a part where they're drinking together in their room. Wherever the fic takes place, it often mentions that its cold).
The whole thing is really detailed and there's some really funny parts where Hawkeye and Trapper gang up on Margaret and make fun of her. Hawkeye and Trapper are aware that the relationship they've started will end as soon as Frank returns.

I wish i could remember more specific details, but it's really been a long time since i first read it. Does anyone have any idea which fic i mean?
(I also remember that i didnt read it on FF.Net or AdultFF.Net or any of those regular fic-collection sites, but that doesnt mean that the fic in question wasnt posted on them either)

Just a query.
I've recently read a BJ/H fic that is a multi part, it starts in Korea with the boys realising that there is something between them and then continues back in the USA. BJ pays for the two of them to go on a surgical convention and they do this annually. Peg is suspicious and when she is diagnosed with cancer she confronts them and on her death they start to live together in SF.

Any ideas where I can find it again?

I apologize if this isn't appropriate (please delete if so, oh powerful mods), but I read, and then lost a fanfic, and I wondered if anyone had a clue what I was remembering, and could help me find it.

It's a post-war, slash bj/hawkeye fic, told from BJ's point of view - he goes to a medical conference, and runs into Hawkeye (who is no longer drinking, I think - but I could be getting details all mashed (heh) together). As I remember, BJ has divorced, and of course, they hook up - the end! It was not a short fic, but not an overly long fic - which is very clear, I know, but it wasn't a drabble, there were several scenes to it.

It was a good fic, and I'd like to read it again, but it's completely lost to me.

If anyone can figure this out, that would be great!

Hi, I was looking for a fic and wondered if anyone knew where it was. I'm afraid I don't remember the name, but it was written from the point of a journalist from gay.com, and she had covered the gay civil marriges. One of the supporters at the court house was Trapper, I think- and she interviewed him. I remember reading it on LJ, but I can't find it and it's *bothering* me.

A question, for those who remember short stories:

Awhile ago I remember reading a short fic, perhaps on the Yahoo! mash_slash list (but perhaps not - I don't remember where I saw it) that was memorable to me, however I've forgotten where to find it. The pairing itself is notable - Chawkeye (Charles/Hawkeye), and I believe it involved Charles living by himself in a gigantic, lonely house, along with Hawkeye stopping by every now and then (or perhaps once, but I think it implied that this happened...well, not frequently, but not seldom either) to raid Charles' liquor cabinet and then do ~~ungodly~~ slashy things. This was a PG or PG13 fic I believe, so most of it was implied.

Can anyone remember this, and give me a nudge in the direction of it? I shall dedicate all further vanilla milkshakes to you.

Two things. I read a story ages ago, it was Frank/Hawkeye and they hooked up. Trapper had gone to Tokyo for a weekend, and Hawkeye through the guise that he was in a bet that he couldn't be nice to Frank secretly seduced him. The whole camp just thought it was a 'friend' bet. Together they decided to end the bet allowng the Reverened to win with a mock battle. If you have seen this story let me know. I am desperate. It was so good.

The other thing, my first MASH fic. Here goes nothing.
