Okay, since this has happened more than once lately and is really, really bothering me:
Do not delete your posts without checking with a mod first. It makes us doing our jobs a waste of time (I know we're behind, I do, but the point stands) and it means we cannot see what's going on in any posts or comments. So don't do it, period. If I find out it's still happening, I'm not going to be happy. And, like the Hulk, you won't like me when I'm angry.
Guys, I mean it. Don't delete just because a question has been answered, or you don't like feedback, or whatever. Likewise, don't delete comments. If there's a real problem with the comments, like trolling or flaming, screen, freeze, and contact one of us. At least one of us is almost always around by 5:00 PM EST, and we'll deal with it as soon as we can. All our contact info is in the comm profile.
It's that simple. Don't delete. Edit, if you must--for instance, "EDIT: Question answered," or whatever, but do not delete. Any questions?
