A/N: My answer to the 10-minute fic challenge of “The heat was unbearable ...”, though I changed it to "is" for tense purposes only. It was written and proofed in exactly 10 minutes. It has potential to be expanded ... and eventually I plan to do that. Thanks to my beta for her excellent suggestions. Dedicated to Lee and Kaira for just being you.
