This is my first piece of M*A*S*H fan art I've actually been relatively happy with. I intended to shade it with pencil, but after I finished the sketch I was afraid I'd screw it up, so I just scanned it and colored it with Photoshop.



Someone pointed out that the uncolored sketch is better, and I think I agree, so I'll post that one too. Maybe I'll just stick with sketches from now on...



Their faces are a little off, and Charles is wildly OOC... but still, I think it came out all right.

what on earth does OTP stand for?

Heh, yeah, it took me a while to figure it out too. It stands for "one true pairing." Apparently some people use it seriously, to refer to a pairing that they believe is the only acceptable/believable/good pairing in a fandom, or at least the only acceptable pairing for a character (for instance, "Hawkeye/BJ OTP" would exclude any possibility of Hawkeye/Trapper or Hawkeye/anyone else). But most of the people I know use it as a joke, like when they use it to refer to a totally crack pairing, like "Frank/Flagg OTP!" or something, or just to emphasize how much they like a particular pairing, without really meaning that it's the only "true" pairing.

There's also OT3, which means "one true threesome." XD

:D!!! I stooooole it like a stealy thing from variousmeats, as I am so untalented it's almost funny. (I also stole this one. I have a possibly unhealthy number of Flagg icons; he's second only to Sam, and that's because Sam LIVES IN MY HEAD. This is somewhat unnerving in its implications.)

I think my OTP would have to be Charles/Margaret. I just can't really see them with anyone else (except maybe Mags and Trapper for the possibility of hot sex lol).
I think Hawk can pretty much go with anyone don't you lol?

And yeah, I'm pretty sure Hawkeye can be paired with almost anyone. Well, except maybe, like, Rizzo or something. o_o That would be scary.
