It's just what it sounds like: a ficathon centered around portrayals of altered mental states (the working definition is quite loose), and what better fandom for that than M*A*S*H? It's a really low-stress affair, too; you just go over, claim one of the quotations as your prompt, and write. It's not a gift exchange and there are no assignments.
