Title: Something Different
Author: Me
Pairing: Trapper/Margaret; a hint of Margaret/Frank
Rating: 13+ or Captain if you use that system
Disclaimer: Nope, don’t own anything. Don’t sue … no money.
Archive: Anywhere, just let me know.
Feedback: Would be appreciated - good or bad.
Spoilers: Yes, for “Bombed”
Warning: This could be considered AU, simply because I’ve added to canon. What I’ve written could possibly change what happened *after* this scene (in canon) … but I actually think things would have happened exactly the same. If that makes sense …
Summary: Trapper and Margaret are stuck in the supply room.
A/N: This is basically an extension of the supply room scene in ‘Bombed’ between Trapper and Margaret. It‘s what I would‘ve liked to have seen happen. Non-slash. Oh, and my beta is feeling a little under the weather, so this wasn't beta'ed. Sorry for any errors!
This is dedicated to
nentari just because she rocks the Trapper/Margaret ship!!!

Date: 2006-09-02 05:36 am (UTC)Totally didn't! Though, like I've told other people in the fandom, I think I like the Trapper/Margaret pairing almost as much as the BJ/Hawkeye pairing. Hard to believe, I know. They (both the actors and the characters) had so much chemistry that it's very disappointing that TPTB never actually went anywhere with them in canon. It's a damn shame.
>>And to think the community had none!<<
I *know*! How sad is that? I swear I've searched every inch of the internet looking for T/M fics. There's none ... anywhere. I was actually sort of shocked.
>>Very hot, and, if I'm being completely honest, your characterization has improved incredibly.<<
Thank you so much for this. You know that I really respect your opinion, and the fact that you enjoyed this fic means a lot to me. So thank you again for saying this :)
>>Plus, the scene fits so very well into canon.<<
I tried *very* hard to make this happen. I always thought that scene should have been taken further. Maybe not entirely into the 'sex' part, but beyond what it actually was. It was difficult at times because Margaret was giving me problems. I just couldn't *hear* her as I was writing her, you know?
>>Absolutely wonderful job.<<
*blushes* Thanks again! To be perfectly honest, and I'm sure this will come as no shock to you ... I actually sort of had a feeling of dread when I saw it was a review from you. It passed very quickly, and it wasn't that I was worried that you'd rake me over the coals ... I guess I was just nervous to read what you thought about the fic given our history and all. To say I was delighted would be an understatement. So thank you again ... you have no idea how much it means to me :)

Oh, I know. It's happening in all my fandoms right now. But when it's a specific character in a specific fic, it's even more annoying, since you know where you want to go with it.
I was concerned you'd be worried when you got the review, but hoped the content would help. Apparently, it did, and I'm glad. You're very welcome.
