Slash challenge

A little while ago, a friend of mine in the Les Misérables fandom (mhari) started a slash challenge for that fandom, and it caught my interest. I got her permission to appropriate the idea for the M*A*S*H fandom, so now I have a proposition for everyone.

Simply put, a bunch of people sign up for a great mix-and-match slash challenge. A given set of characters is selected, and all the possible slash-pairing permutations are written down. Each pairing is assigned a random number by the person running the challenge, and then the participants email this person a number (or numbers) of their choice. Based on this, each person is given a random pairing to write.

This is just a rough overview -- I can fill in the details later if needed, but first I wanted to sound out your feelings. How many other writers would be interested in doing this?

(Apologies to those who have read about this once or twice before. Just covering all my bases.)

Good! I have nine people expressing interest at present, including you and me. I'd like to get a few more, but it looks promising.

(If anyone knows someone who might be interested but doesn't belong to this community, DRAG THEM INTO THIS, too ;).)
