Well ... to make the icons/blends, I use GIMP. It's free and fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. I'm still learning and have no idea how to use half of the stuff within the program. But practice makes perfect ... and I couldn't ask for a more perfect subject than BJ/Hawkeye!!! :)

Oh, well, that answers my question. I downloaded GIMP about a month ago, and it's sat on my computer ever since, doing nothing. I just can't do anything with it...*sigh* I'm glad I didn't get photoshop, then I would have paid actual money for a program to sit and do nothing.

I use Adobe Photoshop Elements. You can do pretty much anything on it, however it is really tricky at times. Maybe I will try GIMP out.
