M*A*S*H Slash

I'm new to this community, but not to M*A*S*H, heh :-) I've just been reading back over the posts to this community and someone asked about fans of earlier or later episodes. I'm a fan of more or less the entire run of the series - I never could decide if I liked Potter more than Blake or Charles more than Frank. Yeah, I like Frank - or more correctly, I like Larry Linville. I especially like those occasional moments where he's obviously trying not to drop out of character and laugh.

I *do* have a little thing for BJ over Trapper though - I love Trapper, he's great but I *adore* BJ ;-) The episodes covering his arrival are one of my favourite sequences in the whole series, starting from the moment when Hawkeye gets his kiss goodbyefrom Trapper via Radar.

I'm stocking up on the DVDs at the moment (I'm only up to S3 - we're a little behind in Australia, but S4 is coming out in a few weeks, yay!) and am having a great time, especially when I catch a scene here and there that must have been snipped for ad space over the years. Isn't it just great how the networks always seem to appoint someone who manages to pick out all the very best scenes, all the great little character moments, and dump them out? I watched "Sometimes You Hear the Bullet" a few days ago and I know the scene where Hawkeye is crying for his boyhood friend didn't make it when I taped the episode off TV. I know it didn't because I saw the scene later in a clip show and couldn't figure where it had come from. Grr.

Anyhow, apart from saying hello, hi, and how glad I am to find this comm, I want to ask a quick question. Is there anywhere online I might be able to grab sceencaps, preferably slashy ones? Any pairing - I am so not fussy ;-) I'd like to make a few icons up (with the permission of the person doing the capping/hosting the images, of course).
