A/N: There are tense switches and POV switches throughout the fic. It is intentional. This fic has been in progress for about a year now. I had planned on it being this long, drawn out epic novel … but it isn’t. It’s haunted me for too long, so I finished it. Granted, it’s not what I originally wanted, but *shrugs* I guess it’s okay. No beta recently … any errors are mine.
