Fanfic medical Quests answered - LJ communities, yahoo groups?

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend any LJ Communities, Yahoo groups or web sites where a writer could go with medical questions for a story. There are some general medical communities but often if the group is set up realizing you're asking this for a story, it makes it a lot easier.
