"Fallen Idol"

The time has come once more. This time, though, in honor of the not-so-recent release of season six on DVD.
I'm sure most (safe to say the majority) of those reading this have seen the episode "Fallen Idol". A bit of controversy has sprung from that episode regarding who was in the right, and who was in the wrong, and many arguments have made themselves known.
So, as can probably be surmised, my discussion question for this time around is who do you think was in the right regarding the argument between Radar and Hawkeye in the episode "Fallen Idol"? Was Radar right to expect so much of Hawkeye, and to act so disappointed (and then later, tell him off for being told off)? Or was Hawkeye in the right for snapping at Radar, and having so much expected of him too much?
Or were they both right and wrong in their own ways? What do you think? And more importantly why? What are your thoughts on this episode in general? On Radar and Hawkeye's actions? Let me (and others) know, and here's hoping much discussion will come about.
