Things that make you go "Hmmmmm"

On MASH today, they referred to Hawkeye's robe as purple in two different episodes. Now, I was pretty damn certain his robe was sort of a burgandy/red. Tell me, is this a trick of lighting/old film/or have I suddenly gone color blind?

Also, has anyone else noticed how slashy the ep. where Hawk writes his will is? A few quotes:

"I hope you manage to stay beautiful until Pierce gets back to see you" -- Winchester upon BJ's arrival back to the 4077th with Hawkeye gone to the front in his place.

"When I wake up, remind me to give you a kiss." -- BJ
"Go back to sleep, you're dreaming" -- Hawkeye

I almost cried at the above quote because Hawkeye picks up the picture Beej keeps on his nightstand and then looks at it so sadly and with such longing for -something-

Sigh. I need to stop reading into this stuff. Or watching MASH. Lol.
