mash_slashOkay. For those of you who don't know, along with M*A*S*H I am an avid Pokemon addict.
SO.
I restarted my Pokemon Crystal version and decided to start a M*A*S*H-themed team.
What ended up happening are the following things:
1.) Me looking too much into things
2.) Me realizing I know more about Pokemon mechanics than I should
3.) I spend too much time playing Pokemon. :c
Observe the current results of my 'labor'. XD
Espeon/Mulcahy
Currently @ Lv. 40
Because he's the 'light' of the 4077, I guess. XD Unfortunately, he evolved the level AFTER Espeon learns Psybeam, so he has no Psychic attacks :/ But he DOES know Bite, Attract (because lawd knows he attracts the boys!), Quick Attack, and his big attack, Return. For those unaware, Return's power is based on how much the Pokemon likes you. The more it likes you the more powerful it is. Seemed Mulcahy-esque to me at the time, but I could've been drunk. (ignore the fact that in Crystal, Return looks like the Pokemon is humping the ground.) *shrug* I want him to learn Morning Sun though :/ Too bad that's not 'til level 50-something.
Umbreon/Frank
Currently @ Lv. 42
The highest level on my team at the moment, considering I'm trying to plow through the Elite Four (I keep losing at Bruno, curse your lack of psychic moves, Padre!) and he always handles most of Will's Pokemon considering they're Psychic. If he gets taken out by Slowbro's Surf, then Mulcahy gets in on the action. Like with the Padre, he evolved after Umbreon learns Faint Attack, but he DOES have Bite which gets some STAB power. He also knows Mean Look (typical Frank, rofl), Quick Attack, and Tackle. If possible I want him to learn Confuse Ray or Swagger if I can find a TM for it. Frank often causes confusion, after all. XD
Vaporeon/BJ
Currently @ nonexistant. YET.
With the original Eeveelutions, it's easier to get the levelup attacks I want. Eventually Beej here is gonna have Surf, Ice Beam, Double Team, and Toxic. (those who know me know that Toxic/Double Team is my favorite combo to use. XD) But Vaporeon works because Beej is more calm about things than most of the rest of the 4077 (except maybe Mulcahy, but shhh.) but even with that fact he's still kind of a trickster. (Vaporeon can melt into water. XD)
Jolteon/Radar
Currently @ nonexistant. YET.
Radar's gonna be a beast in battle, oh yes he is. Not only will he have Thunderbolt as a sweeping move, but he'll have Agility, Thunder Wave, and Hidden Power Water if I can get it. Radar is a Jolteon of course because he's pretty 50s-tech-savvy and he's fast with getting orders done. XD Jolteon's big attribute, of course, is Speed.
Flareon/Hawkeye
Currently @ Lv. 35
Hawkeye's in training. D: Loser. But a sweeper he shall be. My ideal moveset for him is Flamethrower, Hyper Beam (shut up, Flareon's attack power is through the roof and he'll be able to OHKO almost anything with that; plus I don't want to give him Return as that's Mulcahy's move), Bite, and possibly Rage as a filler move beacuse we all know Hawkeye has TEH RAGE!!!!!!11 Which is also why he's a Flareon. Hot temper, and the fandom always puts him up on a pedestal as being 'hot'. *bricked*
