God. It's heartwrenching and gorgeous, and so perfect for their relationship.
Pavelich is stroking Lally’s hair, but it seems as if he doesn’t know so, as if it is all just second nature.
That...I don't know why, but that's just a lovely image. I think a lot of the times, writers forget to include the little things that make a relationship, all the little touches, but you include them so perfectly.
He feels as if he should say a lot of things when he gets back, try and translate all the emotion prickling in his heart, all the ideas and ideals those two men bring to his world.
That kind of sums up my reaction to this fic, really. It's just so incredibly touching.
