Movie vs TV Show

Does any one ever use the movie version of the characters in their fics?  I grew up watching the TV show, but I find that I use the movie characters for most of my fics, which were based on the original book.

I was wondering the same thing. I write both versions of the characters, movie and TV show but my first MASH fic was movie!verse Dago/Hawkeye. :] Now the question is. Where to post movie!verse...

I just post them on ff.net or adultff.net in the tv section and warn people that I base my characters on Donald Sutherland and Rene Auberjonois. It's too bad there isn't a subsection for the movie.
