I never mind constructive criticism but often I find writers who leave harsh comments just do it because they despise the "this story rocks!!!" kind of comment and like to use their harsh words just for the shock value, thinking that they're being clever and subversive by doing so. I usually try to combine positive and negative so I can be helpful without appearing to attack the story. While enthusiastic comments are good, I prefer ones that help me improve the story.
