I think MST'ing is helping you stay more in character. By reading bad!fic, you're getting ideas of what NOT to do (though I doubt you were ever Megan Faye-level), and it seems to be helping you.
Beyond that, not much to say. I'm becoming almost as much a sucker for good Hawkney as good Hawpper, and this qualifies as good Hawkney to me.
