(no subject)

Written for mash100th prompt 'will' but it's too long.
Word count:162
Pairing:...It's het, but it's surprise-ish. So (unrequited) M/F
Rating: E
Special thanks to: A person I don't know, who I've never spoken to, but has shown me that there are obviously more important things than having writing insulted, in real life or online. I know you'll never read this, but thank you anyway.

Notes:LOTS of talking for being so short, by lots of different people, so if you don't get who's saying what, say so....Also, the 'canon'/continuity of the show is kind of dead in this.

"Where there's a will, there's a war." Hawkeye says, and his stride increases.

"Do you 'spose you can do it, sir? I mean, no offense, but--"

"Of course I can. I'm the Casanova of Korea. The King of Wining and Dining. I'm Johnny Weissmuller and all girls are my monkeys."

"What?"

"Johnny Weismuller-- he played Tarzan." says Trapper.

"Oh."

Hawkeye smirks at both of them and swings open the door, "Margaret, honey--" he and his voice disappear into the tent.

"Stand back, Radar." Trapper advises, taking a step backwards. As though on cue, the battle starts.

"Now listen--"

"I said NO, Captain."

"Radar's a--"

"Don't make me get my whip."

"...What?! No. What? Hey. He's a nice--! Margaret! Stop that! Give him a chance!"

In response, Hawkeye is thrown out the door.

"Well, sir?"

"Oh, she'd love to go out with you, Radar." Trapper says. He rolls his eyes, walking off to the Swamp.

"Had to go for the feisty one, didn't you?" Hawkeye asks, staggering after Trapper.

Radar looks at the tent, sighs, and follows them.
