Yes, it's pasted from Word; my default there is Times New Roman. Is there a way to paste without it keeping that font? Or to change the font once it's pasted?

Anyway, I'm having issues with the leading (i.e., horizontal spacing) on everyone's posts, not just mine (thought the Times is definitely worse than the Verdana). I'm feeling very old and blind ... :-T
