mash-slashiness

Was rewatching my season four DVDs today and I noticed two episodes with particular slashiness... Some 38th parallels and The Novocaine Mutiny.

Some 38th Parallels: In this episode, Hawkeye deals with impotence. In the ending tag, BJ elbows him jokingly, and says, "Hey, buy you a drink sailor?" Hawkeye obviously feels he's over it, says, "Uh, not right now," and runs off after Nurse Able. BJ just looks after them, looking crushed. Seriously. He looks like someone ran over his puppydog.

The Novocaine Mutiny: This is the one where Frank brings mutiny charges against Hawkeye. The scene that caught my eye is the opening preliminary hearing scene. The dialogue goes like this:

Officer: I'm certain you comprehend the seriousness of your charge, Major. The penalty for mutiny, after, is death... or such other punishment as the court may direct.
Burns: I comprehend okay. Death or worse.
Hawkeye: [aside to Beej] Besides my life, Frank wants my virginity.
BJ: [shrugs] We all do.
Hawkeye: If only I'd known!

Others may have commented on these before, but I couldn't resist posting here to note the slashiness.

So very slashy

I definitely noticed BJ's dejectedness in Some 38th Parallels. I even wrote a post-ep a while ago about it. (http://www.livejournal.com/users/ra_sar/5086.html#cutid1).
