I've searched the net numerous times but I could never find out whether or not Loretta Swit has children. Does anyone know if she does or not?

I don't know if you can trust Wikipedia or not, but it's article on her says she never had any children...Does this help?

Her IMDb page lists a spouse but no kids, so I'd assume not.

See, there was a few times through the series I thought she looked chubbier and - ok this is a total generalisation and I would never suggest the woman had no right to be chubby, becasue, yeah I wouldn't - thought that being pregnant might have been a reason for it. Apparently not.
